European natural-gas prices are expected to weaken throughout the quarter due to ample storage levels and easing supply disruptions. European storage is at 83% capacity, similar to last year and well above the 5-year average. LNG supply risks have also eased, with the Freeport LNG export plant in the US recovering after disruptions caused by Hurricane Beryl. The benchmark Dutch TTF gas price is currently down 0.2% to EUR31.77 per megawatt hour.
