Newell Brands plans to reduce its office workforce by approximately 7% as part of an organizational restructure. The Atlanta-based company, known for brands like Rubbermaid and Sharpie, also intends to downsize its real estate holdings. By implementing these changes, Newell Brands expects to achieve annual pretax savings of $65 million to $90 million, with the majority of these savings anticipated to be realized this year.
