U.S. Senators have voted to advance a $95 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. This signals that the funding is likely to pass after prolonged negotiations. The final vote is expected to take place next week, before Senators’ two-week recess. However, Sen. Rand Paul has expressed a desire to delay further. Ukraine’s main military intelligence agency has accused Russian forces of using Starlink terminals produced by Elon Musk’s SpaceX in occupied areas. Starlink has denied selling terminals to Russia and stated that its satellite networks have never operated or been marketed in the country.
